About me
Developer, consultant, plugin author - and occasional translator between humans and computers.
Who I am
I'm a freelance IT consultant and web developer based in the UK. I've been building things for the web since before responsive design was a thing - and writing plugins for games since Minecraft servers ran on spare laptops under someone's desk.
My day job is helping businesses get more from the tech they already have, or building the missing piece that makes it all work together. I specialise in WordPress, WooCommerce, and the integrations that connect them to the rest of the world - Xero, HubSpot, Magento, Shopify, marketplaces, fulfilment platforms, you name it.
The bit I enjoy most is the consulting side: sitting between a business and its developers, making sure everyone's actually talking about the same thing. Technical requirements that make sense. Scopes that don't explode. Decisions made with the full picture.
On the side I make game plugins - a couple of Minecraft mods that are still going years later, and more recently a Stardew Valley mod that people seem to like. Same skills, different canvas.

Outside the terminal
Mostly the games I write mods for - which means I tell myself Minecraft and Stardew Valley are technically work.
I've made a few tracks, mixed and productd with AI from real recordings. Find them as sablednah on the usual platforms.
Big sets, complicated builds. Currently eyeing anything in the Technic range that requires an instruction booklet the size of a novel.
Miniature painting - the meditative counterbalance to staring at code all day. Currently working through the Xenos ranges.
