← CityWorld ReForged

World styles

Thirteen styles ship, each selectable as its own world type (cityworld:<style>) or via the Customize button on the create-world screen. Locked settings for your chosen style grey out with a tooltip explaining why - see the Settings page for the full picture.

The default

Modern

Full modern Minecraft: tall builds, modern blocks/ores/trees/ice, winding caves, lush cave patches, shop trades, employed villagers. This is what cityworld:city generates out of the box, and what most of the screenshots on the overview page show.

Modern, gone to ruin

Apocalypse

A Modern city slowly decaying - buildings chewed with collapse holes, nature reclaiming roads and plazas, and a rare hidden Fallout-style vault complex behind a blast door. Tune exactly how ruined with decay.buildingIntensity and decay.roadIntensity - see the Settings page for a "gentler apocalypse" recipe.
